Darlene and I weren’t clear about this episode’s topic and then it got clear pretty quick because my dog Lucy died which, as you can imagine, made me super sad.

We decided to talk about grief and how important it is to do because if you tend to resist it or brush it off it will persist. 

And because grief is sometimes disguised as depression or anxiety we’re going to cover those topics in the next two episodes. 

This is a solid episode even if you’re not grieving right now. It can prepare you to approach it in a healthier way in the future, especially if you tend to be the strong type.
